We do ask that you pre-register in advance for classes,

so we can properly prepare

for your arrival.

Please bring a yoga mat for the class. Don't have a mat? We have extras,

& mats for purchase if you plan to practice on a regular basis.

We recommend the following attire: Yoga pants or shorts & a sport top

(for women). A t-shirt or tank top are good options.

For Services/Therapies information, select Services on our menu. Select Book Now for Service. Or go directly to Book Now on main menu.

When you select Book Now you will be directed to our booking system. Choose Appointments (top left). There you will be able to request an appointment. The

Therapist will confirm your day & time.
